	The Latest addition to The family of Floyd and Grace Jobe. The following announcement came with the picture from "Pappa" Roy Leon. Seth Thomas Stubbs reported for duty on 1 November, 2001 at approximately 1857 hours. He weighed 7 lbs 8 oz and was 19 inches long. His father and mother are Scott and Christina Lynne (Jobe) Stubbs.
